Depending on the size of your sign, there are several ways that your sign may need to be wired up. Please see the below options and find the applicable option to your sign. If you need any help please don't hesitate to contact us.
Sign With Manufactured In One Acrylic Piece

Most of our signs under 120cm are manufactured in One Piece of Acrylic. Depending on the size of your sign and the amount of LED Neon used, there are three ways your sign may need to be connected. Please find the appropriate option for your application below.

Single Power Cable (Single Dimmer)

The majority of our signs come with just One Power Cable. This is generally for the smaller signs (under 100cm) If your sign has One Power Cable and One Dimmer please follow the steps below.

  1. Connect the Dimmer to the Clear Power Cable from your sign.
  2. Take your Power Transformer and plug that into the Dimmer.
  3. Finally, plugin the Power Transformer into an available Power Socket.

The below illustration outlines how your sign should be connected:

If you do not wish to have the dimmer connected please plug the Clear Power Cable from your sign directly into the Power Transformer.

Dual Power Cables (One Dimmer)

In some cases, we will need to wire in two Power Cables to your sign. Generally, this is due to the size of your sign and the distribution of power. If your sign has Two Power Cables but only One Dimmer please follow the steps below.

  1. Connect the Dimmer to the two Clear Power Cables from your sign.
  2. Take your Power Transformer and plug that into the Dimmer.
  3. Finally, plugin the Power Transformer into an available Power Socket.

The below illustration outlines how your sign should be connected:

If you do not wish to have Dimmer connected please use the Black Power Splitter provided and put it in place of the Dimmer.

Dual Power Cables (Dual Dimmers)

If you have a large sign you may require 2 Power Inputs to the sign. In this case, you will have 2 Clear Power Cables from your sign, 2 Dimmers and 2 Power Transformers. If this is the case please follow the steps below.

  1. Connect one of your Dimmers to one of the Clear Power Cables from your sign.
  2. Connect the remaining Dimmer to the other Clear Power Cable from your sign.
  3. Take a Power Transformer and plug that into one of the Dimmers.
  4. Take the remaining Power Transformer and plug that into the other Dimmer.
  5. Finally, plugin both of the Power Transformers into two available Power Sockets.

If you do not wish to have the Dimmers connected please connect the Two Power Cables directly into the Power Transformers.

Four Power Cable (Dual Dimmer)

If you have an enormous sign with alot of LED Neon then you may require Four Power Cables. This is again to correctly distribute the power around the sign. If your sign has Four Power Cables and Two Dimmers please follow the steps below.

  1. Connect one of your Dimmers to two of the Clear Power Cables from your sign.
  2. Connect the remaining Dimmer to the other two Clear Power cables from your sign.
  3. Take a Power Transformer and plug that into one of the Dimmers.
  4. Take the remaining Power Transformer and plug that into the other Dimmer.
  5. Finally, plugin both of the Power Transformers into two available Power Sockets.
